Options are alternatives that are under consideration in a decision. Criteria are the aspects of an option that will make or break it.A criterion can be a simple yes or no (Does this car have a Navigation System?). It can be a desirable range of values (Is this HDTV in my price range?). It can also be a list of items that are important to you (My next apartment must have a dishwasher, garage parking, and central AC!).

Invite these guys as helpers to your decision so that you can choose with their .. well, help! How do I compare options?
The comparison table is the result of a group of people collaborating on a decision. It lays out all of the options and the criteria in a table format with score based on the feedback collected from you and your helpers.
