Decisions are carded tools that enable you to select a course of action among several alternatives (options) and satisfies one or more needs (criteria).
Decisions in a social setting involve multiple people in a trust group working together to pick the right course of action. Decisions can be on simple subjects,
such as which movie to go to with your friends on a Friday night, or on research intensive topics, such as selecting a new car.
How do I create a decision?
Enter a title for your decision, such as "New Car" or "Summer Vacation". Select a category for your decision such as "Automobiles" or "Recreation & Travel". Enter a description for your decision such as "This is my first new car" or "Looking for an adventure this summer." Click Create.How do I start a decision?

What does a minimal decision require?
A minimal decision requires at least two options that you are considering and at least one criterion that is important to you. A typical decision will have four options and about four to six criteria. For example, a decision on the presidential election would involve two options and maybe a dozen criteria. A decision on a new car might include five options and maybe a dozen criteria (price, size, type, Seating Capacity, Engine Size, MPG, ABS, Navigation System, Towing Capacity etc.)- The Basics
